Couple of months back, Lakshmi and myself had a small talk over the coffee table sipping hot steaming cup of coffee while the rain gods were pounding outside. Each of us began talking about the fresh batch of grads who had joined the organization. Few of them were extremely talented, few were still coming to terms with the corporate. We just had some fun over the adventures we had when we had landed on our first day @ work. Education and learning:
